The various statuses for TraCS forms and listed below along with their meanings.

Accepted - The form has been approved by a supervisor.

Accepted Void - UTC and DUI Citations Only - A voided citation has been accepted by a supervisor.

Mailed - UTC Only - The citation requires a court appearance and the officer should have turned the signed copy in to Records.

Open -

The form is incomplete
An officer is actively working on the form
The form has not passed final validation
The form was validated or accepted at some point, but someone opened it and pressed Edit and didn't press Validate again.

Paid - Parking/Ordinance Forms Only - The citation has been paid.

Reviewed - The form has been reviewed by a supervisor and is ready to be accepted.

Submitted - Crash and UTC Only

The form is a long, short, or updated crash that has transmitted to FLSHMV.
The form is a UTC that does not require a court appearance that has transmitted to the Clerk of Courts (COC).

Submitted as Voided - UTC & DUI Citation Only - The agency has notified HSMV that a UTC or DUI Citation has been voided.

Validated - The Validate button has been pressed and the form has passed final validation.

Voided - The form has been voided.

User Deleted - The form has been deleted by an administrator.
