Per Section 5.5.3 of the FBI CJIS Security Policy, a user's account will automatically lock after 5 consecutive unsuccessful log in attempts.

If you are locked out of TraCS, your options are:


If you have used the Forgot Password link and you have received a temporary password, you still have to wait 10 minutes before attempting to log in.
