Zebra Printer Configuration

Settings for two common Zebra printers are below.

Sometimes Zebra has multiple printers showing up with (copy 1) and (copy 2) etc., so make sure the margins are adjusted on the one that is actually plugged in.   Every time you plug the printer into a different USB port it can create a 'copy' in the printer device list.   Anytime you swap a different zebra printer out and plug into any USB port it can create a new 'copy' in the printer device list.

Also, since Zebra is a 4-inch printer, you must select one of the 4inch reports in the printer manager.   The other reports are designed for full page machines and will not print properly.

Zebra RW 420

Margins must be 4 by 11 with .12 on the left margin.

Zebra ZQ521

Margins must be 4 by 18 with .12 on the left margin.
