The following display issues have been identified on GETAC tablets using Windows 11:
- TraCS log in screen docks to the upper left corner and cannot be moved.
Dialog are maximized to Full Screen and the options are not visible or usable.
This is due to the machine being in tablet optimization mode.
To disable tablet optimization mode, do one of the following:
In Windows, navigate to Settings, System, Multitasking, look for Tablet Mode settings and toggle it off.
If you do not have the Tablet Mode setting in Multitasking, Run the command below in an elevated command prompt window then reboot the device.
