The following display issues have been identified on GETAC tablets using Windows 11:
- The TraCS log in screen docks to the upper left corner of the desktop and cannot be moved.
Dialog boxes are maximized to Full Screen and the option buttons are not visible or clickable.
This is due to the device being in tablet optimization mode. To disable tablet optimization mode, do one of the following:
In Windows, navigate to Settings, System, Multitasking, and look for the Tablet Mode setting and toggle it off.
If you do not have the Tablet Mode setting under Multitasking, run the command below in an elevated command prompt window then reboot the device.
reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\PriorityControl" /v ConvertibilityEnabled /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
