Overview

Photos cannot be added directly to the FLHSMV crash form.

If you would like to add crash photos, you must do it via the Attachments form.

If the Attachments form is turned on for your agency, you will see on list to the left along with the other form icons.

If you do not have Attachments turned on and would like to use the form, contact TraCS Support.
