The Driver And Vehicle Information Database (DAVID) is a multifaceted database that affords immediate retrieval of driver and motor vehicle information that is indispensable for law enforcement and criminal justice officials.

DAVID is the primary reporting mechanism for Fatalities and Serious Bodily Injury (FSBI).

Annual certification forms, attestation statements, quarterly control review forms, and other information are available in the Information Center on the DAVID homepage.
