Notes...

  • Can only be installed on agency machines. Installing on a personal computer is not allowed.
  • Must use installer 15.0.11 or higher.
    • Older versions will not update properly.
    • If you have older versions saved anywhere, delete them.
  • Must install from the local machine while logged in as Windows admin
    • Do not install from a flash drive
    • Do not install from the network
  • Log into tracsflorida.org to download the installer. Make note of your agency serial number.
  • Once TraCS is installed, launch and run updates.
  • TraCS supports silent install
    • If using silent install, you cannot do it on a machine where TraCS is already installed. Uninstall the previous version first.
    • If you see Debug Mode on the launch screen, this indicates that you installed on top of an existing installation.
