Crash - Exemptions from Public Records

Per [http://www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&URL=0100-0199/0119/Sections/0119.071.html FSS 119.071(4), "The home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and photographs" of agency personnel and their families are exempt from public records.

This includes the following:

Active or former sworn law enforcement personnel & civilian personnel employed by a law enforcement agency -

Police agencies
Correctional officers
Correctional probation officers
Department of Children & Families (DCF) personnel who investigate abuse, neglect, exploitation, fraud, theft, or other criminal activities
Department of Heath personnel who support the investigation of child abuse or neglect, exploitation, fraud, theft, or other criminal activities
Department of Revenue personnel whose responsibilities include revenue collection and enforcement or child support enforcement

Active or former non-sworn investigative personnel
