Known Issue - ESD Diagram Has Disappeared

Crash diagrams created with ESD can be viewed on any machine.   However, if someone who does not have ESD installed opens the crash, presses Edit, and then launches the ESD diagram, it will disappear from the crash.

The diagram can be restored by following these steps:

1. On a machine with ESD installed, open the crash and press Edit.

2. Go to the Diagram section and open ESD.

3. Launch ESD.   You should see the diagram.

4. Close ESD. Close the diagram.

5. Validate and accept the crash as usual.
