You do not need to add a vehicle when issuing a bicycle violation.

However, if you do add one, fill out the vehicle section as follows:

Use 1901 for the vehicle year.

Leave the tag, tag expiration, and state blank.

Use the bicycle make (like Schwinn) in the Make field and the bicycle color in the Color field.

Choose Other for the Style and type in bicycle.
