GETAC Tablet Display Issue

The following display issues have been identified on GETAC tablets using Windows 11:

TraCS log in screen docks to the upper left corner and cannot be moved.
Dialog are maximized to Full Screen and the options are not visible or usable.

This is due to the machine being in tablet optimization mode.   To turn off tablet optimization mode, run the command below in an elevated command prompt window.   Reboot the device and
