Checklist for the Agency
1. MOU
2. HSMV Crash ID
- Even if you are already submitting crashes to HSMV under your current vendor, you must get a new Crash ID for TraCS
3. HSMV Form Numbers - Crash, UTC, DUI
- For crash numbers, email ....
- For UTC and DUI numbers, email...
Once you get the numbers, forward the email to [mailto: support@tracsflorida.org]
4. FWC Form Numbers
- If you will be using the boating citation, you must email FWC to request a block of numbers.
- The form may be used as a citation or a warning. The TraCS team will add boating warning numbers for you.
