When you request citation numbers from FLHSMV, if you have a lot of unused citation numbers, they will send you a notification similar to the one below. The notification will tell you how many unused citation numbers you have.
This number includes the following:
Unused TraCS UTC numbers
Unused TraCS DUI numbers
Unused UTC numbers from your previous vendor(s)
Unused DUI numbers from your previous vendor(s)
Unused red light camera numbers
Unused school zone camera numbers
Voided citations that have not been reported to the state.
Deleted citations that should have been voided
Citations that did not get submitted to the clerk's office.
Books of paper citations
