If a form is missing after completing the steps under Steps to Take if a Form is Missing, the TraCS Team (hosted) or agency administrator (non-hosted) can attempt to recover it.
Hosted
On the machine where the form was created, go to this folder - C:\ProgramData\TraCS\DocumentBackup
The folder is hidden. Copy and paste the path into File Explorer and press Enter to get there.
Sort the files by date with the most recent on top.
Select ALL files from the date of the form FORWARD.
Put the files in a ZIP.
Email TraCS Support or submit a ticket to the issue tracker.
Attach the ZIP file and provide the following information -
The name of the officer who created the form
The form type (crash, UTC, etc.)
The form date
The machine where the form was created
Non-Hosted
