Low Number Email Notification

When form numbers fall below a preset threshold, the Low Number Notification triggers and TraCS automatically sends an email to the agency.

The subject line of the email reads "TraCS Form Numbers LOW!" with the agency name.

Forms that have Remaining numbers below their set threshold will have (LOW) next to the form name.

An example of a Low Number Notification email is below.   In this example, crash numbers are low.   The agency has 198 crash numbers remaining.

1. Login to www.tracsflorida.org and put a support ticket in our issue tracker.

Self-Hosted Agencies
1. Log in to TraCS as administrator on your application server.
2. Under the 'Tools' tab, click 'Form Number Manager'.
3. Click 'New Numbers' and enter form type and number range.
