If you would like to use a Topaz Signature pad to add a default signature to TraCS, you must have the software installed on the machine(s) where you will be doing signatures.
Steps are as follows:
1. Install the software that matches your model.
- Links to the Topaz Signature Pad installers are below.
- Plug-In Installers - https://www.sigpluspro.com/index.html
- Bluetooth Installer (BT2 & BTB models) - https://www.sigpluspro.com/sigplus-bluetooth.html
2. Adjust settings for TraCS.
The settings in the TopazSignature.ini file may need to be adjusted in order for the unit to work with TraCS.
The file is here - C:\ProgramData\TraCS\Settings\DLL Settings
Settings for the models that are currently used by some of our TraCS agencies are below.
- T-S460-BT2-R
- T-S460-HSB-R
- TF-S463-HSNB-R
