Low Number Email Notification
When available form numbers fall below a preset threshold, the Low Number Notification triggers and TraCS automatically sends an email to the agency.
The subject line of the email reads "TraCS Form Numbers LOW!" with the agency name.
Forms that have Remaining numbers below their set threshold will have (LOW) next to the form name. The only form types listed will be the ones that you use that pull numbers upon validation.
Instructions for ordering additional Crash, UTC, DUI, and Boating citation numbers are in the email. If you need more parking citation, parking warning, traffic warning, trespass, or boating warning numbers added, contact TraCS Support.
If you need to update the recipients for your Low Number Notification or if you would like your low threshold updated, contact TraCS Support.
An example of a Low Number Notification email is below. In this example, crash numbers are low. The agency has 198 crash numbers remaining.

Under the 'Tools' tab, click 'Form Number Manager'. 3. Click 'New Numbers' and enter form type and number range.
