Dr. Lisa Spainhour, PhD, PE is the Principal Investigator (PI), a Civil Engineering Professor, and Department Chair at Florida State University. She also is the Director for the Center for Transportation and Public Safety.

Systems Architect

Amy Pontillo, MIS is the Systems Architect. She both plans the future goals and oversees the support, development and infrastructure of TraCS and its supporting applications in Florida. She also creates and submits concept papers and grants to keep the program funding ongoing.

Seth Bartee is the TraCS Florida System Administrator. He manages agency application servers and ensures data transmission is a success. He also oversee's support and conducts training remotely and onsite.

Jamie Ingalls
Lead Developer

Jamie Ingalls is the TraCS Lead Developer. He develops and manages the external applications that interface into TraCS. He also manages the interfaces for data sharing to state and local levels. He also serves as the Database Administrator.


Kathleen Perry
Support

Kathleen Perry is the TraCS Florida Support Specialist. She provides both troubleshooting and support to agencies across the state of Florida. She also assists agencies with creating on-the-fly ad-hoc reports and pivot tables so they can make better use of their data.

Pooja Durgi
Junior Developer

Pooja Durgi is the TraCS Junior Developer. She assists the TraCS team with tasks such as programming, testing, quality assurance, analysis reporting, creating ad-hoc queries, and writing SQL scripts.


Mike Wilkinson
Network Architect

Mike Wilkinson is the TraCS Florida Network Architect. He ensures database backups to a disaster recovery site are successful, assists with account management with private cloud for TraCS network, approves firewall exceptions as needed, reviews network logs for LEA's requiring assistance with troubleshooting web server traffic, assists with exagrid backup appliance software updates, and adds additional resources to servers as needed.
