Per Florida State Statute (FSS) 321.23, FLHSMV may charge $10 for a copy of a crash reports purchased from them by mail, in person, or online via the Florida Crash Portal.
If agencies submit their crash reports to HSMV within 10 days of the date of the crash, they may receive $5 of that fee.
