How To Amend a FIBRS Incident Report or UAA

This page describes how to amend (make changes to) a FIBRS incident report or Universal Arrest Affidavit (UAA).

Only Accepted forms may be amended.

Open the FIBRS report or UAA that you wish to amend.

Press the Amend FIBRS/UAA Replicate Property button.

Make your changes and validate as usual.

The original form is flagged as Amended.
