How To Amend a FIBRS Incident Report or UAA

This page describes how to amend (make changes to) a FIBRS incident report or Universal Arrest Affidavit (UAA).

Only Accepted forms may be amended.   If you need to make changes to a form that has not been accepted, open it and press the Edit button.

How to Amend

Open the FIBRS or UAA form that you wish to amend.

Press the Amend FIBRS/UAA Replicate Property button.

Make your changes and validate as usual.

The original form is flagged as Amended.
